By using this website and our services, you agree to these terms. The information on this site is provided for general purposes and does not reserve an event date. Event dates are reserved only with a signed agreement and required deposit. Special experiences (such as fireworks, carriage arrivals, helicopter or plane arrivals, and overnight stays) are subject to availability, approved vendors, permits, weather, insurance, occupancy limits, safety approvals, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Mobile Message Terms
SMS / Text Messaging Terms of Service
Program.IsmaBella Royal Palace Events & Rentals offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program") that sends tour confirmations, appointment reminders, and information you requested. By opting in, you agree to these Mobile Message Terms.
Opt-in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our tour or quote forms, or by giving verbal consent to our team or receptionist. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact 832-239-8127.
Message frequency & cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Supported carriers.Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others are supported; carrier availability may vary.
